RGS The Grange in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support classroom teachers and contribute to the progress of all students, including those with EHCPs.

The role is 37 hours per week, term time only (including five inset days), with timetable to be confirmed. The school emphasises safeguarding and inclusive education for every pupil.

RGS The Grange is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide support classroom teachers with their responsibility for the development and progress of all students, including those with EHCPs and/or with a relevant specific diagnosis. The Teaching Assistant will also help in the development of students’ learning, the provision of care, under the guidance of teaching staff and senior colleagues.
