The schools we work with include provision for pupils who need a more individual approach to learning. You’ll support classroom activities, help pupils follow routines and work alongside teachers to keep children involved in their school day.
Some pupils may need encouragement to start a task; others may need time and support before they’re ready to participate.
Previous SEN or SEMH experience would be valuable. We also want to hear how you’ve built relationships and worked with colleagues to support children.
