Job summary

Revolve Collective Limited is recruiting Primary Teachers for specialist and alternative provision settings in Wolverhampton. You’ll deliver engaging lessons, adapt activities for varied starting points and help pupils re-engage with learning, building confidence and success.

Ideal candidates have QTS and experience teaching primary-aged pupils, with a background in SEN/SEMH needs and a calm approach to routines and safeguarding in an education setting.

Qualifications

Primary Teacher — Wolverhampton

Revolve Collective is recruiting Primary Teachers interested in specialist and alternative provision opportunities in Wolverhampton.

Our partner settings include primary alternative provision and specialist education. Pupils may need support to re-engage with learning, manage emotions and develop the confidence to participate.

You’ll bring engaging teaching, clear boundaries and the patience to build trust. You’ll adapt lessons to different starting points, help pupils work through setbacks and give them opportunities to experience success.

Teaching beyond the lesson plan

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching primary-aged pupils.


• Experience adapting lessons for pupils working at different learning levels.


• Experience supporting SEN, SEMH needs or challenging behaviour in an education setting.


• The ability to establish clear routines and respond calmly when pupils become unsettled.


• An understanding of safeguarding.

Progress might be joining in with a lesson, asking for help or feeling proud of a piece of work. You’ll recognise those steps and help pupils build on them.
