The Role:

As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with up to 6 students in a small, supportive class, tailoring your support to their individual needs and helping them shine. You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, fostering meaningful connections that make a lasting impact.

You will collaborate with teachers and team members to deliver a creative, engaging curriculum tailored to student strengths and needs. Expect a rewarding, fun, and challenging work environment.

The Details:

• Working Hours: Term-time only, 38.5 hours/week, 41 weeks/year
