As a Teaching Assistant you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while making a difference in the lives of young learners in Weymouth!

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, and facilitating group activities.

• Support the maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting good behaviour and managing classroom dynamics.
• Help prepare teaching materials, set up equipment, and organise classroom resources to enhance learning experiences for students.
