We are looking for a caring, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Horfield Primary School as a School Meals Supervisory Assistant. This rewarding role plays an important part in ensuring that pupils enjoy a safe, happy and positive lunchtime experience. Working as part of our wider school team, you will supervise and support children during mealtimes and playtimes, promote positive behaviour and social interaction, and help create an inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe and supported.
To undertake this role successfully, you will need to enjoy working with children, communicate effectively and work positively as part of a team. You will have a calm and patient approach, a commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference to pupils' wellbeing and development. The Lighthouse Schools Partnership (LSP) is a Multi-Academy Trust which has experienced rapid growth since it started in 2016. From September there will be 33 schools in the Trust.
