Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust is seeking a Teaching Assistant for maternity cover from January 2027 at a school in England. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:50–15:30, term-time only, with an actual salary range of £18,834–£19,134 per year (FTE).

Teaching Assistant - Maternity Cover

Maternity cover from January 2026. Monday - Friday 8.50-3.30 - Term time only.

Salary range BWMAT C £26,427 - £26,847 FTE) Actual Salary £18,834 - £19,134.

The children, staff and governors are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant for maternity cover from January 2027.

We are looking for:

• An enthusiastic, creative and reflective TA, with high expectations pupils and themselves
• The ability to work collaboratively with all members of the school team and wider community
• A good understanding of how to identify and meet individual learning needs within the classroom context.
