Job summary

Bath & Wells MAT in Bath is seeking a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract until 22 July 2027. The role is 33.33 hours per week, term-time only, with a SCP 011 pay scale; actual salary £22,700 per annum.

The successful candidate will engage with pupils and support the class teacher in delivering subject content within a caring and innovative environment; benefits include a generous pension, enhanced sickness and parental benefits, and a supportive school community.
