We are currently recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant within mainstream or primary schools in Newcastle and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant / TA to cover day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements. This is a great opportunity to broaden your experience and enjoy working within local schools. Requirements for a successful Teaching Assistant:

• SEND TA / SEND Teaching Assistant experience (desirable)
• Experience supporting young people on a 1:1 basis (desirable)
• Good understanding of safeguarding and Child Protection
• Level 2 or 3 qualification and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational setting
• A calm, patient, and caring personality
