Working collaboratively with the class teacher to adapt and deliver the curriculum to meet children’s needs.

Providing a positive, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.

Encouraging and promoting positive behaviour, social skills, and self-esteem.

Monitoring children’s progress and contributing to the development of personalised learning plans.

Being an active part of the school’s wider team, working with other staff and external agencies to support children’s development.

What We’re Looking For:

A strong child-centered approach with a genuine passion for working with children.

Experience of supporting children with SEND (either through training or previous experience).

Flexibility and resilience to respond to the dynamic needs of our students.

A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, children, and families.
