Monarch Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Ripley and the surrounding areas from September 2026. We offer full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities to suit your schedule.

Monarch Education are recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Ripley and the surrounding areas from September 2026.

We are working with a variety of schools preparing for the new academic year and are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils across the primary age range. Whether you are seeking a long-term position, part‑time work or flexible opportunities to fit around your schedule, we have a range of roles available.

The Role:

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Deliver one-to-one and small group support where needed
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation in learning
• Adapt support to suit the needs of individual pupils

• Previous experience working within a UK primary school
• Strong understanding of the Teaching Assistant role
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Confidence supporting learning across the primary curriculum
• Patient, proactive and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to helping children reach their full potential
