Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant for a role in Hillingdon. The position is full-time and long-term/permanent, starting September 2026 (or sooner). The school environment focuses on engaging, inclusive lessons and strong pupil support.

Teaching Assistant – Hillingdon

Location: Hillingdon, Greater London

Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term/Permanent

Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
  • Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
  • Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
