Reeson Education requires a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly SEN school in Surbiton. You will support pupils with autism, ADHD, and speech and language needs, helping with both academic and emotional development.

Working alongside teachers and therapists, you will provide tailored support, foster communication, confidence, and social skills, and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (SEN experience preferred).
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to working with children.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs.

Job Description

Reeson Education are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive SEN school in Surbiton. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to deliver engaging lessons and tailored support to pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
