Job summary

Norton College in Tewkesbury is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support learners aged 11–19 with SEMH needs and diverse learning requirements. This role focuses on building confidence, removing barriers and enabling pupils to thrive alongside a specialist team.

You will work closely with teachers and families to meet individual pupil needs, promote inclusive learning, and support emotional wellbeing in a busy secondary setting.

Previous experience working with children, young people or individuals with additional needs would be beneficial, although we also welcome applications from people with transferable skills and the right attitude.
