Grade A Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Teaching Assistants for an alternative provision school in Thetford. These long-term, term-time roles involve working with young people who face barriers to education and require excellent rapport with pupils exhibiting SEMH challenges.

Candidates must have Right To Work in the UK and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. QTS teachers receive a £250 bonus after registering and meeting minimum day requirements. Sponsorships are not available.

• Prior school experience in the UK.
• Ability to connect with young people who display social, emotional and mental health issues.

Job description

Teaching Assistants required for alternative provision school in Thetford.

These long-term roles involve working with young people who struggle in mainstream education and face a number of barriers to education. You will have prior school experience in the UK and the ability to connect with young people who display a range of social, emotional and mental health issues.

Pay £17,660 to £18,620 actual for term time only working.
