Job summary

Royal Wootton Bassett Academy invites applications for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school from October. The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours) and term-time only (39 weeks), with a 08:30–15:00 schedule from Monday to Friday.

Salary is NJC Grade D4-D6 (£26,016–£26,847 FTE) with actual pro rata pay (£18,143–£18,723). This position offers a values‑driven culture within Ascend Learning Trust and a range of wellbeing, pension and development benefits.

Salary: NJC Grade D4-D6 - £26,016 - £26,847 (DOE) FTE

Actual Salary: £18,143 - £18,723 (DOE) pro rata

Contract: Permanent, Part Time (30 hours) and Term Time only (39 weeks)

Monday to Friday: 08.30 - 15.00 (with a half hour unpaid break)
