Job summary

Greenmeadow Primary School in Swindon is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic team. You will work alongside the class teacher, support pupils in a 1:1 role, and help promote inclusion within a caring, supportive environment.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability and a proactive, creative approach to behaviour management. You will be part of a forward-thinking team with opportunities for professional development and progression.

We are looking for a committed hard-working Teaching assistant to join our enthusiastic team. Working alongside the class teacher, we are looking to appoint a Teaching assistant who is passionate about working with children within our dedicated teaching team. Good communication skills and the ability to use positive behaviour management strategies are essential.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

The hours of work will be 29.08 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 08.30am -3.25pm and Fridays 08.30 - 1.10pm

Term time (38 weeks per year)
