The Supply Register is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants for primary and secondary schools in Stratford-upon-Avon. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning. Ideal candidates will have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification and a passion for education.

Daily Rate: £87 - £92 (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate starts or from September 2025

We re delighted to be working in partnership with Communities Academies Trust to recruit dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for a number of primary and secondary schools across Stratford-upon-Avon.

Your Role Will Include:Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
Encouraging pupils to stay focused and motivated throughout the school day
Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children reach their potential
Creating a welcoming, inclusive and positive learning environment
Helping with classroom preparation, learning resources and daily routines
Reporting any safeguarding concerns to the appropriate staff members
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A true enthusiasm for supporting children s learning and development
Good communication, teamwork and organisational skills
A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred
