Teaching Assistant
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire (PE11)
Pay: £103-£110 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Contract: Long-term to permanent
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Long Term Futures are supporting a newly developed special needs school in the Spalding (PE11) area, working with children and young people aged 2-19 with a range of learning difficulties, disabilities and SEMH needs.

Pupils learn in small, highly supported groups, helping them build trust, regulate emotions and re‑engage with learning. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting their development, confidence and independence across a varied curriculum, with a strong focus on practical life skills.
