As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide direct classroom support, reinforce routines, and apply a confident, no-nonsense approach to help pupils stay focused and engaged. You'll support learning, reinforce behaviour expectations, and help drive consistency across the school day.
This role requires solid safeguarding awareness, and all applicants must meet full safer-recruitment standards, including holding an enhanced DBS or being willing to obtain one.
