Job summary

Quest Academy in Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 7 to 19 with autism and SEMH needs. You will work across all key stage areas, with a focus on reliability, care, and modelling positive behaviour.

The post is permanent or fixed term, 35 hours per week, and the school is committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare; enhanced DBS checks are required.

Qualifications
