Job summary

Quest Academy in Rugby is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils across key stages in an autism/SEMH environment. You will be a reliable, caring team member and a positive role model while assisting learning and behaviour management.

The role is 35 hours per week, term time only, with permanent and fixed-term vacancies available and a safeguarding commitment. An Enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
  • Reliable, committed and caring.
  • Demonstrates trustworthiness and professionalism.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all key stage areas to support pupils.
