Salary: £13.67 - £15 per hour

We’re currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for several primary schools in Romford, Essex. This is a fantastic chance to work in an inclusive and supportive environment where your contributions will truly make an impact.

Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in the classroom, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs.
Collaborate with teachers to implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) that are tailored to each student.
Assist in behaviour management, helping students navigate challenges using positive reinforcement techniques.
Create a positive, nurturing environment that encourages student engagement and supports their emotional and social development.
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to keep everyone informed of each child’s progress.
Foster a sense of inclusion, ensuring every child feels welcomed and supported within the classroom setting.

Right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
Experience working with students with special educational needs (previous experience preferred, but not essential).
Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet students' needs.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with SEN.
