We’re looking for a calm, committed Primary Teaching Assistant to join a values-led school in Reading that takes a focused and structured approach to learning. In This Role You Will:

Support pupils in Years 3–6 across Maths, English and independent learning time

Provide tailored support for students with mild SEN needs in-class

Build strong relationships with pupils, supporting their confidence and engagement

Help prepare teaching resources and maintain an organised, consistent classroom space

Contribute to a calm, values-led learning culture with minimal disruption
