• Promote positive behaviour and handle conflicts promptly.
• Assist with administering tests, marking and admin tasks (photocopying, filing, data entry).
• Support small-group activities.
• Deliver structured 1:1 and small group intervention programmes in literacy and numeracy.
• Support pupils in using ICT safely and effectively to enhance learning.
• Prepare, maintain and manage learning resources and equipment for lessons.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting Pupils
