Job Overview

Our Teaching Assistants are fulfilled by making even the smallest positive changes in our young people. We celebrate these 'huge small victories,' which, although small on the surface, make a significant difference.

Salary and Support

This salary is not pro-rata, and school holidays will be paid in full. We are willing to support further training such as QTS once the probation period is completed for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities
  • Work with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
  • Help them learn, develop abilities, and raise self-esteem.
