ASPIRE PEOPLE LIMITED is seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their schools in Rutland. The ideal candidates will assist teachers, support students both in mainstream and SEN settings, and be flexible in scheduling. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to children's educational development while gaining valuable experience in various school environments.

Aspire People are recruiting Teaching Assistants for our schools across Rutland and the surrounding areas with both SEN and Mainstream opportunities available!

We can offer anything from a day's cover, to a term's cover, to cover for the whole academic year and you can choose when and how often you work! You just need to be available for at least one day a week, 8.30am-3.30pm.

What will you be doing?

• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and activities that meet the needs of all students.
• Support students on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping them to understand and engage with the curriculum.
• Provide classroom management support, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help with preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Assist in tracking and monitoring student progress.
• Support students with additional learning needs and provide tailored interventions where necessary.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents as required.

A Teaching Assistant qualification and prior experience working in an educational environment is desirable but not essential.
