Job summary

Randstad Staffing in Norwich is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in our partner primary and early years settings. You will provide one-to-one support, help with learning plans, and promote a calm, inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience with children, a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent), and an understanding of child development and SEN best practices. Training opportunities and a supportive consultant are offered.

Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
• An understanding of child development and best practices for SEN assistance.
