Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Northampton. Roles include day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer-term placements.

You will assist in classrooms, lead small-group interventions, provide 1:1 support, and help pupils including those with SEND. Flexible working and weekly PAYE pay are available, with FREE CPD and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Strong communication and behaviour-management skills.
• A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting pupils.

Working in partnership with the Greenwood Trust, we offer a range of opportunities including day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer-term placements within supportive local schools.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
