Job summary

Flourish Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants for day-to-day supply roles in Primary Schools across Stratford-upon-Avon, Bidford-on-Avon, Henley-in-Arden and Redditch. You will work flexibly to fit around your commitments, providing support in a variety of school environments.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will help deliver lessons, support learners individually or in small groups, and contribute to a safe, inclusive classroom.

Qualifications

• Experience working in UK schools.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification.
• Experience supporting children with SEN.
• Ability to manage behaviour and engagement of children.

Responsibilities

As a day-to-day Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Pay: £92.59 day rate to £100,00 day rate which equates to £18,055.05 per annum to £19,500 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year (dependent on experience)

You will be offered day-to-day supply work in Primary Schools across Stratford-upon-Avon, Bidford-on-Avon, Henley-in-Arden and Redditch. Most schools have excellent transport links and onsite parking.
