Christ's College have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our SEND team to help us deliver an even better service to the staff and students. The role of the Secondary Teaching Assistant is to work under the guidance of teaching staff to undertake support programmes, to enable access to learning for all students and to assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom. The post holder will be expected to act with honesty and integrity and uphold the Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants, in order to make the education of pupils their first concern. The Teaching Assistant will demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with their professional role.
