Job summary

Connex Education is recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Nailsea, with opportunities to work within Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust.

This role offers flexible day-to-day or longer-term placements, and competitive pay with weekly PAYE. You will assist teachers, support pupil learning, and contribute to an inclusive classroom environment across various year groups.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
• Commitment to equality, inclusion, and diversity.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.

Job Requirements

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant experience is desirable.


• Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting is beneficial.
