Job summary

Norton Hill Primary School in Midsomer Norton is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support planning, preparation and delivery of lessons, both for individuals and the whole class. You will prepare resources and help pupils stay engaged and supported.

The role includes evaluating pupil progress and feeding back to the class teacher, plus assisting with wraparound care provision. A minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths is required; a Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable.

You’ll contribute to evaluating student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher to ensure all students’ learning needs are being met.
