Teaching Assistant

£92.56 - 100 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications and will be discussed at point of registration)

Are you a dedicated Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential?

We are currently recruiting reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Market Rasen and the surrounding areas.

We have a variety of opportunities available, including general classroom support, 1:1 pupil support, SEND, learning support and small-group intervention roles.

We are looking for candidates who are adaptable and confident working with pupils of different ages, abilities and needs.

Requirements
  • Have experience working with children or young people.
  • Be passionate about supporting pupils with their learning and development.
  • Be confident working 1:1, with small groups and within a classroom environment.
  • Be adaptable and able to work across different school settings.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be patient, caring and consistent in your approach.
  • Be able to build positive and professional relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Understand the importance of safeguarding and child protection.
  • Be reliable and committed to providing high-quality support.
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check.
