Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to work across primary and secondary settings in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

You will support pupils 1:1 or in small groups, help with learning activities, and contribute to safeguarding. A Enhanced DBS check is required or in-process. The role offers flexible full/part-time hours, competitive daily rates paid via PAYE and a dedicated consultant from Vision for Education.

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary and secondary schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas.

We have a wide range of opportunities available, including general classroom Teaching Assistant roles, 1:1 support, SEND positions, learning support and small-group interventions.

Whether you are an experienced TA or have transferable experience from childcare, care or support work, we would be keen to hear from you.
