Job summary

Cheetham C of E Community Academy in Manchester is seeking a Part Time TA 2 on a fixed term basis to support learning in the Nursery Team. The role runs 8.30-3.30 during term time, with Urdu speaking identified as an essential requirement, starting 21st September 2026.

The post involves safeguarding, language development support, personal care as needed and collaboration with staff to assess pupil progress. Ideal candidates will be passionate about early development and working with families.

We are looking to appoint a TA 2 on a fixed term basis of one year between September 2026 and 31st August 2027, to join our dedicated Nursery Team.

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual who is committed to high standards of learning and care.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can support learning through play alongside all aspects of children’s early development.

Please note Urdu speaking is an essential requirement for this role. The hours are 8.30-3.30pm, term time only.
