We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our growing team at Woodford Primary School on a Fixed-Term basis. In this rewarding role, you'll support pupils with various learning needs, working alongside teachers to provide one-on-one or small group support, empowering pupils to reach their full potential.

You will play a vital role in enhancing pupils' progress while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. We provide professional development opportunities and ensure designated workspaces for staff. Our training in SEND covers whole-school issues and specific team training.

This position is contracted as Fixed Term, 30 hours per week, Term Time only + 5 days. You will primarily work when the school is open to pupils and will not work during school holidays unless required. You will work for at least 38 weeks annually.
The working pattern is Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 13:30.
