Teaching Assistant
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school located in Manchester, dedicated to providing a supportive environment for children with special educational needs. Our school is seeking a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support children. The children you'll be working with may have special needs such as autism, and some may be non-verbal. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to the lives of young learners.
In this role, your main responsibility will be working with children with special needs on a one-to-one basis. The needs of the children include autism and learning difficulties. Some children will also be non-verbal.
This primary school in the heart of Manchester have onsite parking and easy transport links. The Headteacher is keen to speak to teaching assistants that are experienced in working with young children with special needs. This is a one-year fixed term contract with a few to transition permanent at the end of the year, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm during term time.
Interviews and trial days will be commencing as soon as possible.
