Axcis Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Trafford to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a full time and long-term position.In this role, you’ll work closely with class teachers to raise pupil attainment and promote independence, inclusion, and a love of learning. You’ll support pupils both individually and in groups, helping them access the curriculum and feel a real sense of achievement in their learning journey. The role includes assisting with classroom organisation, behaviour management, and occasionally supervising the class when the teacher is unavailable. This position offers a varied and rewarding role for someone confident in using strategies that support teaching and learning, especially for children with additional needs. It’s a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 TA with a strong understanding of the national curriculum, effective communication skills, and the initiative to lead and support both pupils and fellow support staff.
