Job summary

Academics is seeking Teaching Assistants to support vibrant classrooms in Malvern and the surrounding villages. This role is suitable for graduates, career changers or experienced TAs, with EYFS, KS1 and KS2 options, full or part‑time hours, and long‑term placements.

Start ASAP for Autumn Term 2027. You will assist teachers with engaging lessons, support children in small groups and one‑to‑one, and help foster a can‑do, confident and kind classroom.

Teaching Assistant Extraordinaire

Location: Malvern and surrounding villages

Start Date: ASAP, Autumn Term, January 2027

Salary: £95 - £110 per day

Teaching Assistant Role Requirements:

• Previous UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children (school, tutoring, coaching, childcare, youth work). Relevant qualification are a bonus. However we are happy to discuss your individual aspirations
• Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including ID, DBS and referencing checks
