Job summary

Destination Education is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support pupils in mainstream and SEN settings across Maldon and surrounding areas. You will work under the guidance of a class teacher, helping with learning activities, and contributing to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

We welcome graduates, experienced TAs, or those moving into education and offer full training, regular opportunities, and flexible shifts with immediate starts available.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, caring and committed to supporting children.
• Experience in education, childcare, youth work or support work is desirable.
• Full training and support provided for SEN role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with their academic and social development

Teaching Assistant - Mainstream & SEN Teaching Assistant Positions

Location - Maldon and surrounding area's

Rates - £90-£110 per day

Destination Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic, caring and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream and SEN schools in Maldon and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing. Depending on the school and your experience, you may work alongside the class teacher in a mainstream setting or provide more tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
