Job summary

Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in our client schools across Louth and surrounding areas. We have opportunities from October 2026 on both full-time and part-time bases to suit your experience, availability and career aspirations.

You will support children to reach their full potential, drawing on transferable skills from care, youth work or customer service, and you will join a team of experienced teaching staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people, or transferable skills from care, support work, youth work, nursery, coaching or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing and development.
• Be adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic, with flexibility to work across a range of primary, secondary and SEND schools.
• Hold or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check and be registered to the Update Service.
• Commitment and enthusiasm to support the highest possible standard of teaching and learning.
• Be a dedicated and committed member of our supply team.

To be considered for the position of enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, you will:
