REESON Education is seeking a motivated Special Needs Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in Harrow, supporting students aged 11-19 with autism, severe learning difficulties and additional communication needs in a dedicated SEND environment.

The successful candidate will provide classroom-based support, assist with communication programmes and help students develop independence, under the guidance of multidisciplinary teams.
