At GSL Education, our core objective is to raise standards in education and create better opportunities for disadvantaged young people. We recognise the many challenges facing today's students and believe that education plays a vital role in equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence to meet those challenges.
We also understand that the education sector faces its own challenges. That's why GSL Education is committed to supporting schools, teachers and education professionals by helping to remove barriers, address staffing needs and facilitate success through innovative and effective solutions.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with their learning, development and engagement in the classroom.
You may provide one-to-one support, work with small groups or support the wider class depending on the needs of the school.
