We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Flexible Teaching Assistants to support schools across Bridgwater and the surrounding areas. Unlike a traditional full-time role, you can let us know when you're available and choose work around your existing commitments. Teaching Assistant roles commonly involve helping pupils individually, in groups or alongside the wider class under the direction of the teacher, making this an excellent way to develop a broad understanding of working in education.
