Job summary

Kirk Sandall Junior School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS2 and assist the teaching staff. The role is part-time and permanent, with a 30-hour work week and a salary in the range stated.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team at a school committed to high standards and safeguarding. The position may require flexibility to work across the Trust and to participate in safeguarding procedures.

SALARY - £26, 016 to £26, 847 (FTE) £17,872 to £18,443 (Actual)

START DATE - AS SOON AS POSSIBLE (2nd November 2026)

Kirk Sandall Junior School is a 7-11 school set in the heart of its community. The successful candidate will be based at Kirk Sandall Junior School but may be required to work elsewhere within the Trust, as may reasonably be required by the Headteacher/Principal, CEO for the discharge of their duties.
