Job description

On behalf of our client, a wonderful primary school in Seven Kings, Redbridge, Axcis Education require a Teaching Assistant for a full-time role.

Location: Seven Kings, Redbridge.
Start Date: September 2024
Duration: Ongoing for 2024-25 academic year.
Pay Rate: £100+ per day (negotiable)
Working Hours: 8:15 A.M. to 3:25 P.M., Monday to Friday

About your new job:

This role is based in a modern primary school, which is well-located, close to local transport links. The successful candidate for this role will work with Key Stage 1 children. You will work with the students both in groups and on a one-to-one basis. Some of the children are pre-verbal, so you will support them as they develop their communication skills. Therefore, previous experience of using picture books, sign and/or text-to-speech devices in a classroom setting is essential. You will also support the students with classwork and socialisation. Candidates who are willing to provide personal care will have a distinct advantage.
