Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full academic year (Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:15pm)
Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups
Work one-to-one with students or with small groups to help raise attainment
Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs depending on the department’s requirements
Support class teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach to learning
A genuine interest in pursuing a career in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
