Teaching Assistant – Secondary School – Hyde – September 2025 Start – £89.38 to £100 per day

• Location: Hyde, Tameside

• Start Date: September 2025

• Contract: Full academic year (Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:15pm)

• Pay: £89.38 – £100 per day (dependent on experience)

• Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and year groups

• Work one-to-one with students or with small groups to help raise attainment

• Assist pupils with SEN, SEMH, or EAL needs depending on the department’s requirements

• Support class teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Previous experience working with young people (school, youth work, coaching, tutoring)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
