Full‑Time Teaching Assistant – Primary School. Location: Hampton, Richmond. Start Date: ASAP. Contract: Full‑Time, Term‑Time Only. Salary: £89‑£110 per day.

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hampton, Richmond is seeking a dedicated full‑time Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. The role involves supporting pupils in mainstream classrooms, with the potential to assist within the school’s SEND provision.

Key Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning across mainstream classes
• Provide one‑on‑one and small group support, including for pupils with SEND
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Prepare learning resources and assist with lesson delivery
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers and support staff

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience or training in SEND is an advantage
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certification)
