Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist primary provision in Hampton, supporting pupils aged 4 to 11 with autism and complex needs. We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist education provision in Hampton, supporting pupils aged 4 to 11 years with a range of learning needs, including Autism and complex needs. This welcoming setting provides a supportive and nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to develop confidence, independence, and achieve their individual goals. All pupils have Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with staff working together to provide personalised support tailored to each child's needs.
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally. You will work closely with teachers and the wider support team to create a positive learning environment where pupils feel safe, valued, and motivated to succeed.
